Last Batch Goes Tomorrow

We hope you have had/are having a great weekend!

Great to see folks getting their packages and sharing their enjoyment on social media! Thank you :)

Another quick update about shipping... The last batch of 109 packages goes to the Post Office tomorrow morning. Phew, that was a workout :D. So, keep your eyes on your mail boxes over the coming week or two (for further flung locations) and you should be getting HandyMaps in your handy-hands very soon.

For info: There are about 20 backers that haven't completed their survey/paid shipping, so their packages are still waiting here. Also, they will not yet have received their digital reward(s) either. If you are one of those, then feel free to contact us here on Kickstarter and we'll get you straightened out with a survey link.

Take care everyone, and thank you all so much for your belief in our project! You have all been brilliant and we have felt humbled by your support. There will be more to come in the future!

Shipping Has Commenced...

Yes, physical shipping has started!! Woot! Some folks have even got theirs and beat me to the Update :)

The first batch went yesterday and we are slowly wrapping and mauling bags to the Post Office daily from now until they are all out of the door. The process should take this week and a little bit of next week... but then they should all be winging their way to your game tables :).

We have also just emailed out the digital rewards via DriveThruRPG. If you haven't got it/them, please check the following:

• 1) Check your spam/junk email folder
• 2) Log in to your DriveThruRPG account and check the Account > Notifications Inbox
• 3) Check you have completed your survey and that you have provided the correct email address

Still not get them? Drop us a message via Kickstarter and we'll investigate as soon as we unbury ourselves from packaging materials :)

Boxes Have Arrived! Addresses Will Lockdown in 48 Hours :)

Hi All,

Super quick update this evening... The boxes have arrived today! Huzzah!

That was insanely fast printing turnaround by the supplier, so full credit to them. That means I've just locked the addresses with a 48-hour window to make changes to your address. If you haven't moved house in the last month, you should be all good to go as is :).

Picking and packaging is happening slowly but surely, but in 48 hours time, I'll be able to print shipping labels, and that means there is a very real possibility that some shipping will occur starting next week! Woot!

So, it's close now, and we are really excited to get these in your hands and at your game table!

The Cards Have Arrived!

Hello Everyone,

Quick update for you all.

The Cards

The cards have arrived and they are looking exactly as I'd hoped - fantastic!

We are still awaiting the HandyMaps Boxes which are due into the supplier's stock this week, and will be printed as soon as they arrive at their warehouse. It 'might' even be late next week when we get them.

Surveys

At this time, there are about 42 people that still need to complete their surveys. Thanks to everyone that has completed theirs already.

Once the boxes arrive, addresses will be locked down (with a 48 hour window to change address), so get those surveys in if you still need to do them as we may potentially be looking to lock addresses during next week...

Fulfillment

This will all happen together. We are shortly about to commence some of the packaging works for standard pledges/orders that don't need a box, although they won't ship just yet, as orders will all ship together once we have locked addresses, and got them all packaged and ready for the Post Office.

So, in closing, the time is getting near folks! Unless we have any delays or hiccups with the final stretch, it looks like we will be shipping out the first half of February! :) Exciting!

Survey Progress

Hi Everyone,

Surveys

Surveys are progressing and many thanks to all of you that have completed them and taken advantage of the add-ons :). A few folks haven't got the BackerKit survey, and we've sent out some personal links to those that have contacted us. Just to be 100% clear, ALL surveys have been sent out to your Kickstarter (and hence BackerKit) email addresses, so they should be lurking in email inboxes.

As of this update, we are 73% complete with surveys. There are 207 outstanding, so if you are waiting to receive it for any reason, please check your spam or junk email folders just in case.

• If you still don't have it, then you can message us via the Kickstarter messaging facility, and let us know. We'll drop you a direct link to your survey if needed.

Fulfillment

Just a clarification too about the fulfillment of rewards.

• All digital and physical rewards will go out at the same time to ease the demand on fulfillment.
• Any add-ons will go out with pledge rewards. This keeps the shipping costs as keen as it can be, and allows everything to go in one package. So, if you ordered Towns & Villages card sets (although they are available on the webstore) they won't ship until the pledge rewards go out.
• Everything should go out together :).

I hope that makes sense, and with luck, we should be shipping as soon as humanly possible :).
